Our recruitment process for promotional staff is pretty tough. We don't pick our team for looks, however they must have professional presentation. To become an APC promotional team member, you need to first have a personality that can change with your tasks. Then you need to have communication skills for all types of people and ages, then thirdly you need to be able to take criticism and feedback. If you have these attributes, you make it to our training course.
