Our event staff don't get off easy either. They need to meet our criteria to be chosen, as an APC team member. The integrity of the team member begins with ensuring they understand and meet legal requirements.
Before we accept someone for events, we screen them via a video, showcasing their personality. This is important, as event crew must be able to interact with all types of people. Then our events crew are put through our own training course.
